    I need to find VPS providers have multiple IP addresses for each VPS and the IP come from different locations. So please suggest me to 1 or some hosting providers you know.

    Normally you get 1 free IP address with each VPS plan, if you need to assign more, you have to pay extra fee, usually around EUR 3-4 per IP, but assigning IP from the different location / datacentre to the single VPS would be complicated or quite expensive.

    Your requirement of having different IP from different locations on a VPS may not be possible. If you can find a provider that has this service then for sure you'll be paying a fortune for what they're going to give you.

    May we know why do you need such configuration and if that would be enough to have just multiple dedicated IP addresses on your VPS, which can be easily provided?

    most all big web host companies can help you with this but you are going to have to fill out a justification form for them telling them why you want it and what it would be used for. Then it will get reviewed and then either approved or denied.

    SEOhost used to do it without as much red tap but I have not looked at their hosting since they were bought out by hostgator

    Why should we contact them? If you recommend their services to people who are looking for a reliable hosting company to signup with, you'd normally be at least current customer of that company to know them, their services, support level, etc. so people would trust your recommendation. Sadly, many of such "recommendations" are not genuine, but paid forum posts, which doesn't tell truth to customer.
    This is why it is important to provide your hosted URL along with your recommendation, so we could easily check if you're their customer or just a sales agent.

    Yes, there is such web host. You can refer to Ixwebhosting for their VPS plan, and this web hosts are famous for giving away lots of IP address to their customers. I have accounts with them, and the IP address are all free, and in rotation. Meaning when you add a new domain, the new IP (can be any c-class) will be assign to your domain. Great stuff.
