Find software for building mobile web sites

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Buy html5 templates. I do not recommend html editors, because of extraneous code, but Microsoft has one called Expression Web. It is similar to Frontpage. Good luck.

    try to find one in freelancer(dot)com. i think it will cost around 400 - 900 USD
