    Didn't you read the first post?
    Just adding the member isn't enough. There has to be a REASON for why the member is mentioned on the site, with proof.
    The reason that is submitted when you add the member is for the validation process, and does not have to be detailed. The 'note' does have to be detailed however.

    I have changed the process of adding a new member.
    The "Add Member" part of the system now integrates the note.
    So you can add the note and the member at the same time!

    This means adding is more streamlined when you get paid for it!

    I had a great idea for your site bro, a way to track if they change username etc!

    when doing submissions of scammers, make a new cell for paypal/egold address used!

    then, when a user is about to send a paypal address cash for a pre paid service, they can search the DB for the paypal / Egold ID and it will bring up previous scammers payment account and also what forum account they were using when they scammed on whatever forum.

    much better way to track bad users as paypal accounts are impossible to verify twice!

    I have added the paypal feature.
    Any previously added members can have a PayPal ID attached to them by going to "My BadMembers" and editing the information for that member.
