Now are you claiming they have taken the quote out of context in their constant effort to live up to those words in their quite literal meaning? How else would one interpret those words? If I write a note to a friend and in the note it says, "be sure to kill any Malaysians you encounter", would it matter if some text I wrote said, "Do not harm anyone, including those of Malaysian descent"? The answer is not at all. There is no misinterpretation of the words. There is no context you can provide using other text to lighten their blow. Their meaning is quite obvious.
