Does anyone know if there is a service (even if it is fully automatic) that can give you an estimate of the value of your domain considering only the name of the domain?

Do a google search for: Domain Name Appraisal

I've never used a domain name appraisal service, so I can't account for the appraisal accuracy (or lack of accuracy), but there seems to be quite a few places that provide domain appraisals.

You could always create a thread in the domains section and ask people what they would be willing to pay for your domain. That's probably the best way to get an estimated value of your domain. Heck... You might even find someone who wants to buy it doing it this way.

Ive never done a domain appraisal before but thought id have a go for a laugh after reading this thread....

Got a value on one of my domains at $8400

Wonder how accurate those things are, Must be better than site valuators anyway?

I don't think it's even near accurate. Some domains may be, but some may be hell out of range.
I know this because I had a very bad domain and yet it claimed it to be worth xxx.

Why do you need to find the value of just your domain? Are you looking to sell one? Its must easier/ more profitable to add a site to the domain than to just sell the domain itself

You can't appraise a domain name automatically. It just doesn't make sense.

I agree with you though just so you know the domain in question is premium though is arguable what the value is
