I need someone to give me some links to mainly CPM networks, CPC is fine too, but not like AdSense, AdBrite, or Intellitxt. I want them for FOREIGN sites. http://direct.rightmedia.com sign up and link all the networks to your account (approved within days, instant sign up) and they handle ALL traffic. some of their links / contacts specialise in foriegn traffic.
What about paypopup. You can use them on non english sites aswell as english, but they may not accept all languages so read the TOS.
Are they CPM/CPC? The place i'm putting them at is in English... Just the target traffic is mostly foreign, non-english. But like I said, everything is in English.
I don't think I am understood in this thread. I need ENGLISH sites that offer FOREIGN TRAFFIC CPM. Sorry for the missunderstanding.
