    Weak Competition and 10k searches? Contradicting..

    Simply make things on High concentrated things and eventually, you will be ranked and will get getting visitors.

    Go for, Forex, Loans, Tech, Gadgets, Software Reviews, Magazines etc :)

    P.S I have a Domain Sale which is like very good and has keyword Forex and Loans and just 3 letters inthe middle of them which is even meaningfull.
