Buying Find Me A Good Time-Tracker!

    I need a time tracker for projects, that way I can record how long they take. I have done some searching, but all the programs are way too basic, or don't work properly. I want it to be a .exe program I can run on my computer. Online is fine, as long as its fairly reputable (I can trust them to be around for a while).

    Ideally, it:
    - Supports multiple projects
    - Records past projects. So if I need to look back 1-2 weeks ago when billing a client, I can see how long it took me to complete
    - Even better if it had my hourly rate, then it can tell me how much they owe!

    $5 to whoever is the first to find me the best program!
