    i Need find Credit card company by using first four digits of the card no.

    Example : 4689 for ePassporte

    How i can find card issuing company by first four digits.

    Can any one tell how ?

    as i know its not very legal to find BIN if u dont have merchant account in sites...but u need first 6...

    4 Visa

    There is nothing illegal in searching for a BIN. So you know if the card has been issued by a little credit union or a BIG BANK.

    There was bindatabase.com which is free to look up bin, they give complete information such as card type, bank name, bank phone, country. Unfortunately, the site is now no longer available. They said it was because a lot of fraud (searching bin for illegal purpose) :confused:
