Find actual charecter in Database

    I have installed pligg cms on my server
    im my phpmyadmin section I saw user password is stored as 
    006641eb4d1bec03790a2b6d46d1c29bc45cc06b0fd4caf7f
    HTML:
    shall I can see it as actual text charecter

    Its a hashed password, which means that there is no way to reverse decrypt it. The only options is to reset the password.
