There are a number of different services for getting a bid on a freelance SEO job. elance, project4hire, etc.

What do folks use and like (either client or provider). I am a client looking for help and I can't tell which service to use.

    Thanks for the leads.

if you want many bids for your project, then clearly you have to go for top freelance sites that have big pool of freelancers/programmers.
The top are scriptlance, getafreelancer, rentacoder, elance, guru.
In terms of fees, rentacoder, elance & guru are relatively more expensive :D

I am more focused on SEO. Any preferences there -- I definitely want security and a trusted site/resource.
