Find a bank or Credit card processor for Payment system

    I am posting this on behalf of a friend of mine,if you know what you are talking about I will pass your details onto him.


    "We are about to build a payment system - similar to Paypal or Alertpay.com (check them online). We need a bank that would process Credit Cards for us.

    The problem we are facing is that we couldn't find a bank in USA to support the payment system. It looks like after Sep 11 it is hard to convince a bank to process Credit Cards for online payment systems.

    Your job is to find a bank that would work with us and would be CC processor for our "Paypal" - would be trimmed down Paypal with advanced options. We need long term deal with that bank. We will work closely with them in case problems arise. If you are able to get us into such bank, we will either:

    1) Pay you USD $1000 for one time job
    2) Offer you 10% of the new payment system share - if you stay on board help with the business

    Technical part is 100% on our side, you are only responsible to bring in the bank - CC processor.

    POSSIBLE LOCATIONS of the CC processor:

    - USA
    - Canada
    - Latin America
    - Europe
    - Singapore
    - Hong Kong
    - Taiwan

    Must be able to process in USD - we need USD account.

    Please respond to this project only if you are 1000% sure you can get a CC processor to support an online payment system."

    yes I did,serious communication problem with operator,she couldnt speak english,or her translating software wasnt very good.

    no mis-print,how this would proceed is,I would have a few preliminary questions for you and then if I think its in my friends interest to talk to you,I would pass on your details to him
