Good grief. What are you panicing about? Why didn't you use the contact form on their web site? Since you sent them an email it's possible it was filtered out by anti-spam software so you don't even know if it was received.

If it was received (and you don't know for sure) then it is poor service, but it's hardly time to go around bad-mouthing them on forums. It's not as if your licence has expired and you can't use their system - there's a whole year to go before that might happen.

Have you bothered using their forums to request help if you're not getting a response? Maybe your time would be better spent there than posting drivel on Forums where no-one can help you directly.

As for "financial violation", them "ignoring your request" or "demanding your rights". Get back into your pram and stop throwing your toys. It's probably just a simple admin error.

    Dear RonBrown ...

Before i write my topic here to find someone can help me at this forum i know that complete vb admins are
existing here and answer to supporting questions and they maybe see this problem here, some of their memberships here:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=49148
    And
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=423404

So i forced to do this thread because i exhausted all contact methods that they provide repeatedly like i said before
and i spent a lot of time waiting to any response or answer !!!

Also i did a thread at their suuport forum about this issue and no answer yet:
    http://www.completevb.com/royal-flush/3367-financial-violation-completevb-committed-insist-ignoring-response.html

There are no reputable company would do this with their clients and using ignoring policy ...

I use my complete vb account e-mail that i registered with them for contact and i dont imagine that their filtered anti-spam software
blocked their clients e-mails like you claim that will be an underestimated for their clints ...

And i does not allow you to say about me (bad-mouthing) you dont know me to say that
I am not encroaching of literature and pram when i demanding my rights that i paid for (i can not get what i paid for until now)

And if this situation not solved until this week end i will request from paypal to cancel this two recepit numbers purchase, completevb have no excuse now.

This sort of thing is getting more and more common - people seem to be panicking and 'pulling the trigger' without even trying to contact teh merchant first.

unless its the competitor trying to throw some mud to their competitor. Seems like OP panicked to early. Try to contact them via other means, eg: FB or twitter.

A client purchased a completevb skin from them earlier this year. There were aspects of the transaction that didn't go well but all in all they fulfilled their obligations and one of the support staff on their forum was excellent.

We had problems because when I filled in the phone number for the client I hadn't realised it would be used for phone verification and gave their office number outside of business hours. We were able to change that number and after realising that it needed a + at the beginning to let them know it was international we received the code. Took valuable days to work through but we got a solution.

I did send a private message to the users from completevb who are at this forum and received no response.

I hope you get a satisfactory response - such a shame that you have to fight for it.

If you are going to request for refund from Paypal, don't wait too long.

Sounds like you need to go back and properly read and understand their terms of service.

If the expiry date they have given proves to be correct, and the fact that you thought you had paid for two would indicate some very sharp practice (assuming you read the TOS), if this is the case then you know what to do, find yourself another company when your current membership expires.

Surprising ... they answer me with this silly reply without any change in my download access area expiry date

So my answer to them was:
LOL you are funny ... If you can not understand the problem from my clear previously emails that i sent and you ignored it

I will explain to you in one line:

I purchase for two years to renew download access area and i get one year, so where is the other year, i think its call a fraud.

Dont force me to sue your company.

    :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

All that i worry about they could fraud the other customers like me

Did you ever get a response to your message OP? It seems as though this might just be an error. Its happened to me before with another company and got cleared up after I created a couple of support tickets.

I say sue them. If you think you got shafed, just for till you get your lawyers bill. It's worth spending thousands chasing a $24 debt. Go for it!

do you blame him? I have a dispute for $500 with AJ Help Desk (it did not work right from the start)

You have to start the process ASAP if there is a problem, because once you start mentioning the word refund, sellers
start turning their head as if they did nothing wrong, or they just did not see your 5 emails requesting a refund.

I have sent AJ Help Desk several emails already, and I am being ignored, so you telling me that are not getting them?
They sure had no problems getting them when I did not request a refund, as they responded (barely) They are very
short with their short robot like replies, if they replied at all. Does not appear that AJ Help Desk is refund friendly.

So I do not blame him for jumping the gun....

If you think $24 is something, wait til you get into the $500-$1000 range...its somewhat easy to get a small charge reversed if you
used your credit card, banks have problems when you start high dollar chargebacks as they do not want to get in the middle.....
I did a $100 chareback on other crap software, and the seller fought me every step of the way, saying that I just wanted free
software, why the hell would I want your crap, why would I want to pay for your crap? It took 5-6 months to see the refund.

But you can't translate your own experience with a different company and say he is warranted. It was far too early, no decent amount of time has transpired, and it's not exactly a panic situation. While you seemed to make numerous attempt with AJ Help Desk, and had a horrible experience with others who only seemed interested in money, your genuine attempts to resolve the matter were more mature and considered than this mouthing-off.

We're currently in dispute with a company over a piece of software costing over $7500 so I'm only too aware that things do go wrong with higher value items and with companies that seem reputable on the outside. It's being going on since December last year, and their customer service department haven't responded to any of our emails. It's getting to the stage where our solicitor is about to get involved and a letter before action will be sent. I still don't think the company as a whole is a problem, but sometimes people in different departments don't have the best customer-relation skills in the world and think they are protecting the company when all they are doing is causing it problems. Even so, I don't see the point in coming hear and bleating about it. It's a fact of life that despite careful consideration things to go wrong, people make the wrong decisions, and deals go bad, but you have to attempt to work it through rather than go running around telling the world about the fraud and financial misdimenours over a $24 payment. Some people just have no perspective.

    Latest developments with Matt:

    His forum response:
    So i answer :

Dont blame me if i do that because you forced me to take this action by your insist to ignore all my emails and messages

I sent to you for the first time at 1 May 2011 and your first reply was after 8 days at 8 May 2011

So i have right to do that ...
    forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2170967

You procrastinated in your two replys for me although the problem is obvious above especially in your last email reply :

If you have a honesty you should remember this term as a declaration before customers purchase
to avoid such a problem ...

I have a bad luck to treat with you there is many other sites that respect their clients ...

Finally i dont forgive you about my rights that i dont get (Although it is a small amount, but its a matter of principle its possible to loss the rights of many customers like me)
and also I have no time for such games

    Conversation is over .

You can not physically buy 2 years renewal at a time. There is NO part to our website that lets you change the years... this whole topic is useless and is quite frankly a bad attempt to smear CompleteVB's reputation. I've answered all your emails in a timely manner, and if you have any more questions I suggest you continue to email us. This thread will no longer be followed by myself, or any CVB staff member as you are an outlier that simply makes no sense in this case. Sorry... ;)

I bet he wished he had shut up now! If you can only purchase for a year, and he renewed in December 2010, then his registration will run out on 30 December 2011 (or there about). Since his expiry date is set to 12 May 2012 I hope you are going to correct the error that was in his favour, and reign-in the additional 5 free months you gave him.
