Financial site making $150+ monthly - Taking offers

    We are taking offers on one of our sites. If a reasonable offer is made than we will release any and all information to the winner bidder. The site is financial based and was registered in early 2007. If someone could generate more traffic for it they would make a boat load of $$

    Here are some stats for the last 5 months...

    Revenue
    Dec $137.00
    Nov $179.00
    Oct $118.00
    Sept $179.00
    Aug $184.00

    The site has a very high CTR and bounce rate of 35%. We are using Clickbank and Adsense for revenue and haven't done any other kinds of revenue testing. Clickbank has only produced a couple sales so they are not included in the revenue above.

    We just implemented an opt-it and currently have 54 subscribers. Half of the sites traffic comes from search engines and half from referring sites. It is indexed in Google, Yahoo and MSN and has ranking keywords in various positions from 1-50. All content is 100% original to the site and this month we should break 900 uniques.

    We will not entertain any offers below $3000. Offers will be taken through the weekend if there is a winning bidder they will be notified on Monday.
