Selling Finances old and established website (PA 18, 5 years old)

I'm selling unique, old and well established website about finances, business and trade. The website has 5 years history, unique content and more than 540 articles. The website has Page Authority 18 and Domain Authority 30.

The average traffic of the website is 6,000 unique visits per month with about 12,000 pageviews, based on the last year awstats. I do not have analytics of the website, as just using awstats for tracking the traffic. About 5-10% from the traffic is from search engines, according to the January and February stats.

The monetarization is coming from link sales, RSS feeds sales and blogposts sales. The total profits of the website for the last 12 months are:
- Link sales: 4 links sold for short time (already were removed) at total price of 32 USD
- RSS Feed: 1 RSS feeb advertising position was sold at total price of 40 USD
- Blogposts sales: 6 posts sold for last 12 months at total price of 42 USD
