    This is a Brand New website. there is no traffic or income yet.
    However, there is great content on this site (and lots of it), a great 2-word domain name, and adsense potential - adsense ads are very well targeted towards this high paying niche.

    It is a Nationwide directory of over 100,000 Banks, Credit Unions and Financial Institutions located throughout the US.

    Each results page has mod_rewrite seo friendly urls

    Each results page displays 20 results per page. This can be modified in the script to display any amount you wish.

    Each listing has it's own page complete with google map. so with over 100,000 banks and credit unions listed, that means well over 100,000 pages of unique content. see sample

    The index page and each state page contains an RSS feed, each modified to provide content for each state to provide relevant, updated content.


    I will also include an admin script so that you can add/modify/delete listings in the database. This is a great tool that let's you sell upgraded listings to businesses. Create a custom HTML description - See Sample Here

    The script is php with a mysql database. Comes with includes for adsense and an affiliate ad (for easy modification)
    The domain name is registered at Dynadot.

    Starting Bid: $125

    The database is 30mb. It has 103,104 records/business listings

    The script is custom. Resale rights are not included with this purchase, but you can use it on other sites that you own.

    The map feature uses yahoo api along with google, which sets a limit of 5000 queries per server per day. this particluar server this is on is hosting a bunch of other sites of mine that are using this feature at the moment

    issues are resolved

    by the way, the map is working now. yahoo map api may have been temporarily down. also, the 5000 queries limit is per IP, not per server.
