Simple, clean...I would bring the margin at the top b/w the links and the logo down a bit.

 

Looks like the FREE design i've seen around the net just changed colours http://www.adtollforums.com/ - example of a forum like yours just different colours.

What you need to do at least is get unique icons, add a couple more sections, and sort the logo out as "The Stock Talk.net" is a little low in my opinion and should be raised.

 

on first look it looks nice, but get boring after a minute or can use some banners and colors. By the way how were you able start so many posts?
