Finance website for sale

Hi all,

I have a finance website for sale called Finance Choices.

It's a PR3 and the domain is over 4 years old so has decent maturity. In Site Explorer it's listed as 4,100 indexed pages and 11,815 backlinks. The domain is paid for until October 2010 and hosting is also paid via LunarPages.

The site runs on Blogger and phpBB so no real programming required.

Traffic isn't great but I havn't updated the site in a while so with some fresh content I'm sure it could do ok. It currently makes a few hundred a month, but many the affiliate links are outdated so I suspect that could be higher.

I'm open to offers and can answer any questions either in this thread or via pm.

Since it has some quality posts on the forums from yours truly, it's got to be worth at least $80 from me.

Seriously though, it does make money at the moment with no effort at all so I think around $500 is the least I'd accept for it.

I think you must post some revenue proof and traffic stats if you are expecting higher bids. No doubt, you site is a good buy but you must post more details on the revenue and traffic side.

Yes. Adsense screenshots and your traffic stats from scripts like google analytics, awstat or whatever you use to track the traffic.

Well, I can vouch for Adi's honesty and would trust whatever he posts (within reason! ).

But... on a related point (and I'm sure this must have been raised before)... wouldn't this be very easy to Photoshop? I certainly wouldn't take it as "proof" from someone I didn't know.

 

I'll upload some stats asap, but as a guide it makes around $100 a month from Adsense plus a bit more from various other affiliate networks.

In terms of traffic, it's pretty low as it hasn't been updated in a long (long) time. It's currently trickling along at around 25-30 uv's a day.
