    is of real estate. buy land and develop it if needed.provide facilities like gas, water, roads, sewerage, electricity and make residential plots and then sell on profit.
    the benefits
    real estate is lucrative / profitiable in pakistan now a days. the person who will invest can get handsome profit. on actual basis or on fixed basis as you like
