    1. Unique articles written by a paid writer (16 to 18 articles I think) + A very good and rare (short) domain name.

    Note : Assume no traffic/revenue/backlinks etc.
    This is not a wordpress blog, just a plain html site

    I did not do the link building for this site, since it was launched, so don't expect much traffic at the moment.
