I've been selling off quite a few of my small niche sites lately as I'm pursuing a few bigger projects. This has been up for about a month now, and is ranking for quite a few keywords.

Site hasn't been monetized yet. Now, the advertiser competition for the keywords is fairly low, which is why if I were to monetize it, I would likely have an eBook written and sell that, as oppose to using Adsense.

All the content on the site has been written by myself, and I'm an a native English speaker. So rest assured, the writing is top notch.

I generally rank sites with similar competition top 3 in a matter of a month or two, so with a little work, you should be able to move this up fairly easily. I should also I add a recently ordered some backlinks for this site, and it did move up a little, and seems to still be moving up.

Sure do. I was planning to only send them by PM, but I have a feeling I'll have quote a few people ask. So I've attached them.

I'd point on that you can see I've been get a lot of hits from the keyword "questions". I have no idea how that is, cause I don't see my site anywhere for that keyword. Not sure if it's a bot searching that keyword and coming to my site. So just pointing that out before people ask.
