    I am interested in finance, mortgage, loans related sites.

    The following are a definite No-No and please dont bother to send PM about your offer.

    1. No blogs. I want only HTML site
    2. No paid traffic. Want only those with organic or free traffic
    3. No site less than 3 months old.
    4. No .info domain
    5. No sites in deep niches or those outside the finance sector
    6. No trading sites (Forex especially is a no no)

    Budget is flexible. PM your offers.
