Im considering dipping my toes into this niche, before i take the jump i thought id ask the experts here. I know its pays well if your succesfull in adsense, I have some good content as alot of clients are in that industry, however the question is, how competative is it and how hard is it to make an impact up the serps?
Finance/debt is very competitive. You'll need original high quality content and lots of link building. It's one of the highest paying niches in my experience.
i own a domain which has 3 keywords for its domain name, each one has over 50k local search results and the long tail keyword has 3k per month im hoping google didnt dilute the keyword in urls that much
It is one of the very competitive but highly rewarding niche. You can definitely go ahead with it... but be prepared to toil really hard to dish out good and informative content! Regards, RightMan
Good niche to earn money. but be ready to face hard situations. Don't give up in this niche cos it won't be an easy one.
High paying niche, also highly competitive niches. If you already have good traffic and good clients within that niche, why not jump into that. Also, you can do affiliate marketing within that niche, like promoting CPA offers in that niche.
Plan on spending a lot of time for seo. People want immediate info on daily financial events. The major players have real-time news updates and very high-budgets to place high in the search engines.
Its a good adsense paying niche, but very very competitive, its very very hard to rank for even less competitive terms. I've 3 sites in this niche and they're fail to make atleast $2 a day since traffic is minimal and i've not such a huge budget to spend after it.
I enjoy working hard the biggest thing i seem to come across on all my site is backlinks, they are just so hard to get unless your site is a few thousand pages!
No doubt that it is very hard and competitive niche but also a good platform to earn money, you have to work regularly over there and have to provide some quality, theme base and hot demanded content to your visitors. Plan a pre-defined strategy to move a head and always be prepared yourself to be informative on your topics, helpful to your visitors.
Took me 3 years to get a Finance site to over 60k/uniques a month, spending 10 hours or so a week. Good luck!
That sounds so daunting. Domain bought and its up and running, just need to start on backlinks, got all the social network side of things going.
Due to it being extremely competetive, try and look at what the others aren;t doing and whether that will give you an easier route in. Otherwise as others have said lots of unique content and lots of quality backlinks.
For high competitive keywords, only having good content is not enough. You should be a search engine optimizer with a lot of free time to optimize your website for that niche. Also if you are really working on a very high competitive keyword, the result is not clear. Maybe you be successful and maybe not.
