    -Have unique content (no auto blogs)
    -Must be 1+ year old

    I own two financial blogs and have owned domains for many, many years. Both use the same custom template that I had designed just for my use.

    Sites have limited traffic because I simply to not add new content or do much of anything with these sites. They have never been over promoted with inbound link buying. All content is original at the time it was added to each site.

    I would sell both sites for $500, no less.
