    Looking for someone who is keen and understands the REITs industry to take over a REIT-based content site. Built this site to educate individuals on REITs investment primarily focussing on Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. The near-term intention is to expand the coverage to US-based REITs but got caught up with work and have not been able to continue building content.

    Earnings: Monetization was never the focus and it was a good to have--> Massive potential from affiliates and ad revenue which was not fully tapped on. (Currently earning through Ezoic)

    Reason For Selling:Got caught up with work and have not been able to continue building content. (Drop in traffic from September 2021 onwards)

    Price: $2.5k to 3.5k (Based on content created and high ranking for number of key words)

    This is a fairly well positioned website that used to brings in 5k to 8k views per month (before Sep 2021) as I got caught up with work, traffic has fallen but nevertheless, the site is still ranking on page 1 for quite a number of major keywords.
