    This is not the same old site that you always see on here. It is something different and a great niche. The site sells two different types of website sales agreements that were drawn up by a internet lawyer for me a few years back for a large site I was selling. There is also a basic one as well. I also have a due diligence form that is not on the site that can be added.

    Look at the size of the market on flippa. There are thousands of sites sold every month. You could just go to flippa and find the big sites selling and offer them a discount on the forms. You could also offer them for free and put a content locker on the site as well. The site is wordpress based. It is a new site but the contracts alone are worth 10 times the asking price. I am open to offers.

    I did sell one contract to a guy on here that saw the site listed for sale. I have lowered the asking price down to $30

    the problem isnt the price, its that there are other identical site(s) like this already in the DP marketplace.

    Not just here, but 'website sale agreements' in Google brings up 101 sites offering free contracts and this site is no where to be seen, which is a shame as I was looking for something similar but it doesnt fit my needs.
