    Hiya :)

The Performance plan is good for all items other than electronic items.

Why? Because Electronic items are exempt from the normal Performance Plan. They have their commission capped. Here in the UK the commission for electronic goods is set at a maximum of 7 GBP. So if you were on the performance plan, say at 6% and you sold a TV worth 6000 GBP you would not get a commission of 360 GBP. You would only get 7 GBP.

So, if you concentrate on electronic goods only , then you go for the classic plan. Under this plan electronic goods do not have a commission cap. So, if you sold the same TV under this plan, you would get 4% x 6000 GBP. 240 GBP.

NOte: Of course, if you were to sell electronic goods that yielded on average less than 7 GBP per sale, then the Performance Plan would be fine. BUT if you sell gear that if sold would give a higher commission then you go with the Classic Plan.

    I hope I made sense :D
