Hello, I just want to share my happiness as after six month, my website already earn > 400 visitor per day, and the adsense earn > $1 per day.. It already make me smile. I know it little, but I believe it will raise bit by bit, as mostly the visit come from organic (search engine), while the rest from referral site,such as fb,linkedn,stumbleup.. As newbie, I really happy, and it is true that Traffic is king, Content is queen, no crap blogs or sites. So for all new like me, be patient, and later you will earn better n better.. Regards.
Congo on your success. You should now spend a predefined percentage doing advertisement of your site. This will give your website a standard as well as much more targetted visitors to your site.
Sorry to ruin the party and sound terrible but I just don;t understand the Adsense hype. Your making $1 per day with a goal of $2 per day? With some hard work you have put in as well! Come on. You can get a easy bottom of the range minimum wage job here in England for pretty easily which pays around £6 an hour at least! That's around 10 days earnings in an hour! I suggest you invest your time and expertise in another aspect of online marketing where you can really push it and make considerable income! PM me if you need any advice.
I wasn't trying to be disrespectful in any way and I too believe that achievable goals need to be set. I also believe that is good to aim high. Anybody who has had considerable success online will agree that with the effort you need to put in to make a venture like this successful you can make 1000x more by thinking outside the box and working with something unique. Sometimes I believe people make it hard for themselves and put themselves down. I understand it takes time and practice but people need to try and be unique and try something different!
