but i just read the imgBurn licensing agreement and what you are
doing can hit you a big legal boo boo.

from imgBurn's homepage:

"First and foremost, ImgBurn is a freeware tool. You cannot bundle it with your own commercial application and you cannot sell it in any way, shape or form.

As an individual, you're allowed to use it anywhere you like - be it at home or at work (assuming they don't mind of course!).

I'm not against it being rolled out in a corporate environment, just make sure the users know they are supposed to contact you with any support type issues and not me - I'm not an extension of your helpdesk! "

in other words, you can't even sell this as a bundle packaged in a guide.

 

So let me get this straight Taraff1. You think that game copy pro's web host will cancel their account for giving free access to copythatgame.com's members area? That's hilarious! copythatgame.com is selling software that you can get for free at imgburn.com. You are mad because you spam article sites and youtube with stupid ads and your revenue is at stake. This product is terrible. I would be VERY dissapointed if I had to pay for it.

 

Is it a download product? Can I have more info on this product? Some say that it is A TERRIBLE PRODUCT. You need to answer it.

This is HILARIOUS. I like how you say "will be". The people at GCP have been saying that for 2 years now, and it never happens, so as of right now, they are the SAME product as Copy That Game, the only difference is they - or should I say you, do NOT pay their affiliates....

I also find it funny that you have a problem with people "Spamming" the promotions on Article Sites and YouTube, but in your OWN affiliate section, you teach that very method....

not giving a pirated version of his product on my website.

 

Very similar? DO you mean that you copied most of your site from game copy pro and that you are now selling licensed software that belongs to imgburn.com

I think that would be a hard sell in a court case. He is giving away my software which I blatantly steal from imgburn.com. Good luck with that one.

Well its obvious this website was also set up by the owner of GameCopyPro who can't
seem to handle a little bit of competition. By the way, their product is very similar to mine
and they let their customers download IMGBurn as well, not their own software.

I need some help from you guys to get these websites shutdown, I am not sure who their host is.
Seems to me like they are running their own virtual servers. I could be wrong? Any suggestions?
