Is there any other way accept mail cheque what I can get?

 

you can get payments from any bank out there where you are having account but if the check is in your currency you will get the payment in your account very soon but it takes time if the check payment currency & your country currency is different.

 

Google PIN usually takes 4- 6 weeks.

 

you can try other local bank, they know google adsense payment by check.
