I will be documenting a lot on that sort of stuff Self Made Minds. Currently the profit margin is around 85% though that will reduce a bit as I start writing less and concentrate more on other projects. Minimal amounts, if I see a good deal I'll take it but the majority of my expenses goes on content (and even that isn't that much to be honest). Yeah maybe but then again I only founded (is that even a word) Coolest Gadgets once, I find new cool gadgets every day . Thanks for all the support and comments guys, I've ran out of rep for the day but will be back greening tomorrow.
dct what is main thing i noticed that, if person is serious about his project and working continuesely atleast two years then he will sure make big one. till more, redirecting now selfmademinds.com
1. It's part of my income, Adsense equates to about 50% at the moment 2. About 20, though a few I never update they just earn in the background 3. ~$2K a month 4. No, the primary investment has always been my time CG is a major contributer but the $10K adsense is from a combination of all of my sites.
You spend $2K a month. Thats a fair amount. I assume this to be mostly on content, right (using content writers)? Can you let us in on some of the other methods you use for your income streams because you say adsense only makes up 50% of your income. You don't have to go into specifics (if you don't to, of course).
Well done. It's nice that you are blogging about how you have managed to do this. yeah, the UPS club is good, Amazon are delivering me an ipod through them, is that what you mean?
You can't live with that mentality. If you have not violated their terms, then you needn't worry. As for the original poster: Your gadget site - How did you begin to drive traffic to this site in its infancy stage?
Yeah the $2K is mainly on content, it's about $400 on various hosting accounts and the rest goes to paid writers. I will be blogging about other income streams in the near future, so you might want to subscribe to the feed .
Great to read DCT. It is indeed inspirational. There are very few who come in open and shares so much as you are doing.
Congrats! It's really great that you're willing to share your success with us. I am one who learns from other people's experiences well and I'm sure there are a lot of other who do as well. It's also very inspirational to hear true-life stories of success with small businesses. All the luck in the world to you, my friend.
