Finally got my account approved ! :) - Question

Hey,
I finally got google to approve my account haha
The only thing that seems weird is that my CTR is almost 4% and it keeps on changing..
Sometimes I get $0.5 for just 2 clicks !
Is it normal?

It's really really weird.
In the old interface I have 10% CTR
and in the new one I have 4% CTR

 

why do you expect CTR to be always the same?

 

I don't really except it to be the same..
My problem isn't the fact that it's always changing.. I'm just asking if it's normal to have such 'high' CTR so fast...

By the way, I know that I can use as many ads as I want using only one account..
My question is.. if I'll open the same site just in a different language, will it violate their rules by any way?
and do I need a separate ad unit ?

Yes its normal. Somedays it will be high and somedays it will be low. Trick is to keep it high.

 

you may get more PSA ads if language is not supported.

 

But it's still legal, right?
When I signed up, in the 'site language' field I chose English so I thought there might be a problem with it..
