Because the invalid clicks like what you say, the best solution for that is tracking clicks using AdSense Channels make Channel for every site and your guests using statcounter, Report AdSense if you felt that invalid clicks in your account using this link.
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?
    Code (markup):
if you can do that then you may try one more time with AdSense :)

Google will actually ban you for certain kinds of sites and content, they could have banned you for the reason concerning your proxy site however normally they will alert you to a problem before banning you. I suspect it is indeed because they noticed a relation in the IP or even more likely the Account and payee information. Whenever I have heard from Google in the past they have basically told me how to fix any issues and aren't as Ban happy as some might think. Also invalid clicks are something hard to be banned for unless you really are clicking the ads or someone is targeting your account. Generally Google is more lenient that most would realize. I think you need to focus more on resolving the reason why you go banned because any other credible PPC will ban you as well for questionable activity.

once banned, its hard to sign up again and keep that account active. google is very good at finding out the relationship and they will quickly ban you again.

i see more and more proxy sites being baned these days. is it the proxy sites google is going after? or is it that some proxy sites do not live by the rules?

It seems like a lot of these proxy sites thread on the line of legal and illegal, for example some of them might advertise their services as being able to unblock adult material, this is something google doesn't endorse and can lead to a possible ban.

AdBrite doesn't allow proxy sites anymore...

Use AdToll (second link in my signature), they are great! It's incredible how quick your ad space is sold!

If someone use the same IP to create a second account, then he/she will be banned. But when this happen? At the initial stage or will google wait until he make a nice amount and then ban him after he made $50 or more?

Google is famous for banning after you have made money, I know someone whom was banned after they raked in like $800 on their second account. Its their way of disciplining.

Man, I hate when people say they just got banned from Google. It's not fair to anybody. I mean, they get their money, but they don't pay you. That sucks man.

getting banned 3x is quite lilarious. you should try to register another 10 accounts, eventually they give up because you're so persistent

do you guys really think youre smarter than a team of high-paid computer experts, each of them with probably more than 10 years experience in this field?! google does not need an ip-address to know its you. you can generate a fingerprint of the os and tell if it is the same user even if the ip changes or if you delete the cookie google plants on your computer if you visit your adsense account or the site with adsense on it.

It's not fair to the advertiser if the majority of the clicks were invalid.
