I avoided "Updating my login" for months, because I read about all the problems reported here (catch 22, couldn't use existing email, etc.). Yesterday, I had no choice, and was forced to do the dance. SURPRISE! It went as smooth as silk. Bim, bam, boom. Done in a minute. There are reasons why I am always a "late adapter". Now it looks like I don't even have to log in anymore. Yesterday, everything worked fine. At the end of the day, I went off line. Then, this morning, I went online, clicked "refresh" in my previously opened Firefox tab, and my AdSense stats immediately updated, without having to "login". This makes me wonder about the Google claim of "enhanced security", since I now seem to be "permanently logged in". The convenience is great, if security is not compromised. NO MORE having to login every 10 minutes, like we STILL have to do with YPN. YET ANOTHER minus factor for the Yahoo Publisher Network, when making comparisons. . .
