But you can´t compare LR to PayPal: LR is an ecurrency like e-gold, PP is a payment processor. You can´t send LR with a CC, you have to buy it from an exchanger so these are 2 totally different things. But compared to e-gold it´s MUCH better these days
I'm curious why being non refundable would be a 'feature'? Unless it's intended to work with less than wholesome businesses?
