Included in sale: domain and site-contents, as-seen (Please be sure you understand the concept of a simple frameset, as explained above - you will receive only one page with the frameset)
Hosting: NOT included (You get 7 days cPanel access to move the site to your own host)
Transfer: your responsibility (I cannot move the site for you)
