Hosting: NOT included (You get 7 days cPanel access to move the site to your own host)
Transfer: your responsibility (I cannot move the site for you)
Price: Taking offers via PM from only 50 USD (for both sites). The domains alone are worth more than this. BIN: 150 USD (Please PM me if you want to make an offer or take these sites at BIN) Strictly first-come, first-served
Payment methods: immediate payment via PayPal, MoneyBookers or LibertyReserve (The site isn't sold until payment has been received and I reserve the right to sell to someone else in the interim)
