Final Fantasy site

My site is Final Fantasy Net (ffnet DOT org) and I am curious as to the value of the website (not just the domain). Here are some facts which will help you to suggest a value:

-PageRank: 6 (the only Final Fantasy related fansite with more than PR5)
-Site ranks 6th/7th in Google for 'Final Fantasy' - only 2 other fansites higher.
-Traffic isn't huge - around 1,500 unique daily visits.
-Revenue is around $400/month though has been higher in the past.
-Site has only been open since Feb. 2005.
-Quite a lot of written content on the various Final Fantasy games.
-Extensive topsite which delivers a lot of high quality backlinks.
-Vbulletin forum with nearly 3,000 members.

wow nice domain, very nice, i'll say u'll make a few thousand but i dont know about $25k just yet, well maybe with the site and everything included, but good luck

 

Thanks think the traffic and revenue potential bring it quite high in value - don't think I'd sell it for $25k, but I have another site I am developing at the moment which I wanna concentrate on!

4-5 years of revenue is a little high for websites these days. The best you can usually expect is 2.

I say approximately $10,000, maybe a little more ($12-13k) if you show a higher income history.
