With the FFXIII out on the shelves, I think it is fitting to look back at the history of the series. What do you think is the best final fantasy game? I personally have to say FFI was a huge motivating factor in my life. It really was what got me into the gaming when I was a young kid. I still seem to gravitate back to it a few times a year just for kicks. Anyone else nostalgic of past a Final Fantasy?
Final Fantasy 8 is hands down the best final fantasy ever for me, though I can understand not everyone would develop the same affection for it as I did. Final Fantasy 7 is a close second for me, but it was the first game I ever played obsessively. But I really think most people don't give Final Fantasy Tactics a good look which is a shame.
Final Fantasy VII was my First RPG I ever played that got me playing other RPGs. I also like Final Fantasy X that was a Brillant Game.
