I was wondering how to prevent displaying "Penis enlargement" near "Jesus' life". Although my page is not about any of the topics above, I get that combination many times.

The AdSense block contains 2 text ads.

Is there any way to prevent this? For instance, can I set somewhere that all the ads containing specific words not to be displayed?

Rightly said. Just log into your adsense account, go to adsense setup, click the competitive ad filter and type the url of the unwanted ad and within hours, the ads will be blocked. You can write good contents by targeting the keywords and you are assured of ads related to the keywords targeted. :)
