Filter For Compliance

Ok, I've run into a little issue here. I own a search engine and the Adsense banner is located on the dynamic results page. I was once told by Google that you can not actively Promote or sell those items on the "BAD LIST". But if you were not PUSHING it it was fine.

I always check my incoming searches and recently have been getting searches for specific prescription drugs like viagra and tramadol(didn't even know it was a perscription drug til I did a search on it) and sex toys and whatnot. So I sent another E-mail to google to verify that is was only promotion and sales and now they tell me that the LINKS themselves are considered content and a violation. With millions if not billions of possible searches that can produce results with a link to specific drug or adult content.

I have found away to use a filter list of words like sex, adult, drug: But these have some downfalls it would block the adsense ad on searches like "sex education" "adult acne" "drug awareness". This is a minor thing to come into compliance but still a loss of revenue. Then to block all prescription drugs I need a list of all the names and generic names"

So I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place here and I have no idea what to do.
Does anyone have anymore specific information on the guidelines?

What is considered adult mature? Are sex toys mature? What about gay dating?

Does anyone know where I can find a list of all prescription drugs and street drug names?

    Any other suggestions?
