I have a friend who is an experimental filmmaker in pre-production of a short film, and I would like to help him with financing, if anyone is interested. His recognition has included the Guggenheim Memorial Foundation, Jerome Foundation, Sundance Film Festival, Black Maria Film Festival, South by Southwest Film Festival and many other festivals and grants. Please contact me for further information, he has a website with his resume and body of work that I'd be pleased to forward you to.

I am a filmmaker, in addition to my online marketing ventures, I have several screenplays in progress, should anyone be interested in financing in the near future.

    Thank you,

    Popnyc

He is not in business, he is an artist, experimental films do not have the box office return that industry films do, ie Hollywood, although they do sometimes make sales to art collectors or dvd distribution. Most experimental filmmakers rely on grants.

Every one wants to finance a project provided you get a decent profit. If you are unsure of the collections, then I think the chances for financing your art film here will be dim or grim :(
