Have you tried clicking on each field in the form to see if you can type text there? If you can, you can fill it in then print it.

The full version of Adobe has a typewriter function that lets you type into a PDF. I needed to use that once, so I downloaded the 30-day trial of Adobe professional to get the PDF filled out. The drawback is you'll have to learn how to use it and fill out the form within 30-days.

You could get creative...print the document. Scan it back into your computer as an image, then use something like Word or even Paint, to put text boxes over the fields you need to fill it.

Another "creative," but tedious way is to print the form. Type the all the words you need to put on the form into a document, then print it. Cut out the words. Tape them on the form. Then copy the form. It looks like you filled it out on the computer.

This is probably the one I saw.

By the way, you can also use Photoshop to input text where they're supposed to be. But that's if you have Photoshop.

There's that one free PDF Reader, foxit, I think it's called. I believe that could do the trick for you.

if u import the fom into word or photoshop u can fill the form up. But when u print it the text in the for will be fuzzy as those will be printed as image. So very poor quality.I may try full version of adobe. Any new idea is welcome.

Ya finaly the problem is solved. I could fill up pdf forms using online "PDFfiller". U can google by google. BUt the most professional and easy way was using illustrator. That is really wonderful.
