Fill-in form with file attachment?

    Most of my sites utilize FormMail in some fashion or other. But from time to time, a customer asks if there is any way for a user to attach a file with their form. Today a customer wants me to add a "contest" page to her site where a customer sends a photograph with a description.

    Is there anything like this that I could do?

    It never occurred to me to search on "contest". I was going with File, Upload, Attachment, etc...
