    The contents looks good but the header need to be decorated more since it is very simple and not suited for the entire theme now.

    Are you trying to help people in India find more work or teach people about outsourcing? I'm not apposed to either, just not clear on your motives with your website. Beyond that though I would recommend a logo. You appear to have a favicon set up, which is great, but no logo and very little graphics on your website can lead to empty hopes that someone will find your site visually appealing and desire to READ all of the text you have.

    nice site, bad design, domain is a bit not understandable, not easy to catch. if u have a uniqe content..its good. else, bad site.
