FileZilla

    Hi there,

    I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this thread but I was just wondering if someone knows if you are able to log into the same FTP account at the same time on FileZilla on two different computers?

    I have to upload some website files to an account whilst also uploading a theme for another domain at the same time and I was just wondering if there was anyway that I could do this without having to wait for one of them to finish before I can start the other?

    Hope this makes sense and I look forward to your replies.

    Most web hosting providers allow more than one ftp account for the same website. So you can try creating another account and use it on different computer through filezilla.

    Thanks for your quick reply. What I'm struggling to understand is how would I be able to access the same files that are on one account on a different account once I've set that up?

    Interested question. I can connect two of my websites by opening two filezilla in same PC but never tried to access one website from two filezilla from different / two machines! But I think you can do that. If you have multiple machines why don't you check? Just see if you can connect.
