    how do i upload files to my proxy site using Filezilla?

    Connect to your site via FileZilla, then just upload the files for your site that are on your hard drive into the correct directory under your domain name.

    Try here, it is a big documentation on FileZilla.

    Great choice on FTP protocols. ;)
