Please fix it! It's Friday and i didn't receive my earnings yet

 

Gee what a mess. Didn't you guys ever run this system in some kinda sandbox after all those month. Some sites introduce betas first and run the old system on the side.
Aside from that except for a few design things and a bucketload of bugs I can tell a lot that justifies that mess.

BTW the bug report aint working either.

 

i am getting a lossssssss-- for 2 days no money!! now tomorrow is payout day! i was having 13$ last 3 days back!! i want 15$ this week urgent !! i though i will get from sharingmatrix ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but how i know my stats what i do!! i wnat 15$ anyhow!! and i know if sharingmatrix(filesonic) will put data correctly it will go above 15$+



can admin/mod can i get paid this week! how much i earned ----------- its urgent! and i depend on u ,, pls reply soon! tomorrow is your payout day!!


and one more thing i cant write this to bug report!! errror comming" mail cannont be sent " i am trying from full day with different browser!!

2 days stats gone i dont know what i earned in previous 2 days all system messed up i dont understand why they want filesonic sharingmatrix works good plz fix asap untill i m not uploading any more.

 

Wish someone would let us know if we are getting paid today or not

 

i expected uploads to be working by now, exactly the same issue as this morning. What the hell are their IT crew doing seriously? business is bad right now, my website has lost 2000 unique hits within the last 2 days, and thats out of 5k unique per day due to my entire site being completely sharingmatrix.

FIX YOUR ISSUES pleeeeeeeeeeease.

 

I'm good with computers, get me on chat with one of your engineers please filesonic, i'll explain some issues, it seems you guys haven't gotten it down yet cause they are still happening. FTP Transfers work fine until the file is completed and my client is trying to tell your server that it's completed, it times out and your server deletes the file. This happens 50% of all my uploads, are your servers running at incredible high load? Please fix this it already guys

If i make 120-150 $ a week on sharingmatrix am i top 50 affil? Im rather new to this i started this aff business 2 months ago. If any other site is interested in what i got, i could move all my stuff to their site, it would upset many of my current user base but with a none working system it's not much i can do about it, pm me if interested.

We are working harder than ever and achieved ALOT in the past 2 days!

We are fixing all the bugs in order of priority... Are you guys submitting any bug report as I asked you to this link ? http://www.filesonic.com/en/bug-report

If you are not using this bug reporting, then we can't get much info from you and therefore can't fix the issues!

If you hear that links are not working, please report them so that we can fix them!

You guys were very patient in the past days...Please be a bit more patient... We are closer than ever to having a perfect site... Together, we can fix it and then to compensate you, there will be the huge promo (details will be next week).

Regarding the stats that arent showing up, please don't freak out, as we see all the stats and we will update your stats as soon as we finish fixing the bugs on that page!

At least I get a confirmation when I submit a bug. This wasn't the case yesterday. So there is some evolution.
However, I had to type the bug description twice because my login session was lost when I clicked the submit button.

 

1 - Cannot submit bugs as form does not work
2 - Please dont tell me you are not aware of the main bugs as they are HUGE bugs
3 - Are we getting paid today as normal?
4 - where has the MSN support gone?

Please guys, your incompetence shines straight through now. WE have tried to submit a million bugs, but your submit bug system is bugged.. What are we suppose to do? We have said the submit bug system isn't working at least 5-10 times in this thread alone, i hope this image can illustrate that IT IS NOT WORKING

My post was in response to that - no real answers are given in that post.

 

I must say that the bug report works for me. I just submitted 2 bugs. For one I had to retry because I lost my login session meanwhile (which is another bug).
Here is the evidence:

 

guys i dont think this kind of behavior is needed, even you curse filesonic to death it will not help, combined all the cursing/hatred/fuck/damnit do you think will make sense. what we can do is to report the bugs and wait for them to be fix. remember they are loosing money too so they are eager to fix this ASAP. They know how much we are earn everyday and they will make estimate + compensation and send the money.
