i upload one file many times but not show in manage file pages.

Please Fix it asap.

1) Free speed 100-150 kb/sec
2) Premium speed 3 mb/sec and higher
3) Timeout 30 sec then 10-30-45 minutes

Support, please pay attention!

P.S. Before download first file I got timeout 30 seconds. When download finished I started to download 2nd file and got 10 minutes timeout - it's all OK. But in few hours I started to download 3-rd file and got timeout 30 seconds again. It's not OK. Please follow the schema above, we want to sale more premium accounts. Thanks!

2) some files which was uploaded serveral days ago in my filemanager appear but the link is still availiable but I cannot manage the files

1) Free speed / 280 - 320 KB/s / 150 - 350 KB/s / 250 KB/s / 280 - 300 KB/s /
2) Premium speed 3 mb/sec and higher - > here OK.
3) Timeout /~ file 50 MB and i have now 15 min / no waiting / ~30 min / after file ~40 MB - no waiting for next file /

 

I think 300 kb/s is fine but the wait should be longer and the real big thing is, capache, please put capache back on the free download, otherwise people will just queue up with a downloader program and let it roll, no need to care about premium if you can just queue up, sure it will take longer but it's not a hassle!

I would love to see capache and maybe 30 minutes between each download for free users, remember the real money is in selling premium accounts.

Oron does have a REALLY good system right now, trying to download for free from them is really a hassle, i think max dl speed is 100kb/s the wait time between files seems to be an hour, and they have capache for each download, making it really nessesary for free users to eventually get a premium account if they want to download a lot of stuff which is what we want!

We can not make any sales under their rules and should upload only files over 400mb

This is why i never ever wanted to buy a premium account on either of these sites, cause it's just so simple downloading without one, i don't get how rapidshare and megaupload gets their business, cause these sites are like you have a premium account already using the free option, just use a download program like jdownloader, queue up the links, and let it roll, you don't have to do anything, it's basicly just takes alittle longer, which isn't a problem, and this is bad for us. It makes it really hard to do premium sales and without these filesonic's business will go down.

 

Regarding this, please check to restore the old sharingmatrix schema for free users, it's simply to easy right now to queue up files without a premium account only having to wait 10 minutes between each download and without capache. Please restore the old sharingmatrix setting and you will see the premium sales will pick back up again!!!

Yes, but even if you will wait 15 minutes, and you will have a speed of 300 Kb / s, then there is no comparison with the premium.
As a free user, you download the 10 packs of 100 MB, within a few hours, and a premium of less than an hour ...

Besides, if FS is changed now, people will be reluctant to download from this site will search mirrors (which are always easy to find) and will therefore be less popular and will be banned at various forums.

I suggest FS add some ads on download page.

I don't see the argument, the reason sharingmatrix became so big is because you can really earn big money doing pay per sale, other sites don't sell lots of premium accounts simple because the free users don't need it....

The real money is in selling premium accounts, it's what filesonic makes their living off as well, they should want the premium sales to go up rather then seeing more people downloading and using their bandwidth for free.

Please restore the original sharingmatrix scheme to the free users, it worked like a charm with sharingmatrix and it will work just as good with filesonic.

What the hell is wrong with you guys? Filesonic aims to be the best file hosting site, not some type of pyramid scheme to force users to spend money...
File sharing should be about freedom. You can't become popular if you offer crappy conditions for free users. At least make it somehow to differentiate between the two systems (the pay per download and the pay per sale).
I don't like at all where this is heading... :-(
