I'm spooked by the fact that my d/l links, which I save in an MS Word document, all stopped working and return a "bad hash" result..... But if I copy the link into a browser (Firefox 3.16) they work... wha?

When you click on the link from MS Word, does IE open? Or is it also Firefox?

so maybe my download stat is so low because of that issue?

 

I mean it is worse than ever in the past year...

 

what is happening to filesonic i am always getting 503 error

 

guys relax, i think they are updating a server/network. This is normal give it a few hours, maybe overnight. In the long run an upgrade is better for the site and us!

Sorry to write here but you're not answering the PMs so it's kind of a must for me.

I'm on PPS and since last Friday, March 18th you are not counting the sales I do through my referrer link (well most of them), but counting sales only through my download links. The total amount not shown in my account since last Friday is totally USD 245. And it's still adding up.

I'd like to believe the problem is technical, so it will be highly appreciated if you could give me a fast answer. I started to wonder there is also problem with general sales stats, because if you check my account you'll see that the sales dropped dramatically compared to previous weeks. I know I'm not the cause for this, so I'm waiting for an answer. Check you PMs for March 19 and you'll find more information.

 

Is new FTP system disconnects users after each completed upload and need reconnection to upload next file ?
